The short version

Bachata Eugene is a community bulletin board. Listings are written by people in the scene. We review new posts so the calendar stays usable, but we do not guarantee that every night will happen exactly as described.

Your account

You are responsible for what you submit. Don’t post events you don’t have a right to announce. Don’t impersonate another organizer. We may refuse, unpublish, or remove listings that are duplicates, misleading, off-topic, or harmful.

The dances themselves

Events are hosted by their organizers, not by this website. Prices, partners, and floor policies belong to the night, not to us. If you attend, you follow the house rules of that venue.

Availability

The site may go down, move hosts, or change features. We are not liable for missed nights, lost business, or disputes between dancers and organizers.

Oregon

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one section unenforceable, the rest still applies.
